Our journey started when founder Maria Rodriguez traveled through Central America learning about coffee cultivation from local farmers. Inspired by their dedication and expertise, she brought those relationships back home to create direct trade partnerships that benefit both growers and coffee lovers alike.
Today, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday to ensure maximum freshness, and we source exclusively from farms that practice environmentally responsible growing methods.
